Your own wilderness on the coastal range of the Far North Coast near Brooms Head. Isolated from the world although not far to civilisation as the crow flies – 6km from the coast, 15 to 20 mins on roads that require SUV or 4WD.

All of the property is flood free. However, access is compromised in extreme wet weather when access requires expertise and care.

Here people come and do pretty much as the TV show although more on a group basis, occasionally solo or 2 people. Isolated, stripped of modern possessions, contact and comforts, to fully explore their experience.

The campground has bush kitchen with running tank water and 2 composting toilets.

You don’t have to do that yourself though. The groups that come is an external business and provides an income stream for the property through these Nature based programs.

You can enjoy your own home on the 46 acres. The isolation is real.

The land is surrounded by National Park on 3 sides and hundreds of acres of the northern neighbour. Access is through NPWS locked gates on roads that require skilled driving.

All stand alone power and water.

3 dams, 70,000 litres of rainwater tanks and have never run out of water even during droughts.

There are 2 sheds of vehicles, plant and equipment, shade house, native orchids, crows nest ferns.

The shed house has 2 bedrooms, insulated corrugated iron and woven bamboo. Fully self sufficient off grid all stand alone solar power. Passive solar designed north facing, split level pole framed with verandah.

DA approved 2 Bedroom home with plans also available. All clearing has been done to meet the fire standards.

Organically managed for over 20 years with no grazing, veggies gardens and orchard.

Plant and Equipment, DA and Plans of the home, and list of Inclusions are available. Items to be included things like generator, wood splitter, beds, tables and chairs, cupboards. Walk-in/Walk-out preferred.
