Living in a Tiny house in Tasmania:
The current owner had intended the existing ‘she-shed’ as her art studio and prepared a levelled area to place a tiny house on wheels to live in. Living in a ‘THOW’ full time is allowed in Tasmania with a caravan permit from local Council. As this kind of tiny house is classed as a caravan, it would not require a building permit.
